Spiritual Warfare Hurdles

It is not uncommon for followers of Jesus to suffer severe spiritual attacks. Our enemy makes himself look way bigger than he is.

Mankind’s enemy is more restricted than we realize. He has to choose who to target. If a person is under spiritual attack it means that the enemy has reason to fear them. It means that we have much to offer the kingdom of heaven and he is working to suppress us.

We are overcommers becuse we are the ones that change.

How he manages to cause so much damage can seem like an unsolvable puzzle. But that is just a trick. The only way that a puzzle is unsolvable is if you do not have all the pieces.

Stand firm, having faith means accepting that those of us who follow Jesus stand in a glorious position. Our God, only needed the use of his upper body when he created the universe. Nothing can even compete with his power. HIS love for us is deeper than anything a human can imagine. But while we are in our time on earth we face challenges that are intended to help us change.

Surviving the occult has taught me a few things and answered many many questions.

How does mankind’s enemy manage to cause so much harm? How does it stop?

Know that most of what the enemy does is just to confuse. It seems like so much more. But only because confusion alone can cause what feels like devastation. Confusion is mentally and emotionally painful. It leads to sin. When confused we have to rebuke these feelings and focus on Jesus. we have to do this Over and over again. One confusing element leads to another and they all tie in a big ball.

Also, we open doors to enemy attack. A person does not have to steal or commit adultery to open doors. People search and search. But when they find the open door it’s usually things like hurt feelings that they have hidden from themselves. This gets easier as our ability to surrender all increases. Ask God and he will work a person through this in perfect timing and order.

One door that I see often being overlooked is that so many are invested in false interpretations. Be careful when humans try to show you what scripture means. Remember that none of us even know what True good is. Always allow God to have complete control of your understanding of scripture. People are always wrong to one degree or another.

Modern Christian culture has set us up for failure. The structure of church leadership is not what it should be. It sets us up to look for a pastor to follow. We are followers of Jesus, not humans. I have never seen a congregation with a correct structure. Five offices should be occupied by the Apostle, prophet, teacher, pastor, and evangelist.

Pastor, which is my office is a person who is all heart we are personal, understanding, and understandable. We are likable and important.

Know that, a congregation that is led by only a pastor is easily led astray. They stop reading and praying and just lean off the teaching of one person. Almost daily I deal with the Christian drive to find a human savior in a pastor. Run for this as fast as you can. keep your eyes on the truth.

We find the Truth in prayer.

I spent 8 months in a cult and saw how following a false leader can open doors to the enemy. Many are still suffering from warfare due to their love for this false leader. this common dilemma has been with me during prayer since I left.

The torture remains and will increase when a person leaves the group. The Holy Spirit has walked with me and taught me many things. The torture remains and increases because the Love for the false interpretations comes with the Love they have for the false leader.

Love the sinner but not the sin.

If we have a brother or a sister who has and teaches false beliefs we can continue to love the person and renounce the false beliefs. It is that simple.

We have tried to replace Jesus’ role in our lives with people that we can see touch or Google.

To block enemy attacks we often have to ask God if we are unknowingly holding onto hurt feelings, pastor worship, or continuing to be affected by false interpretations because of our love for those who teach their interpretations.
